When you need convenient and affordable before and after school care, this program is for you!

The YMCA's Before and After School Program serves children from Kindergarten to age 12 within your local school district. More importantly, it helps youth realize who they are and what they can achieve by reinforcing positive values in a caring atmoshpere, with activities designed to help kids make friends and grow stronger in mind, body, and spirit. The balanced program supports academic achievement, fosters health and wellness and instills positive social-emotional skills through:

• Literacy and Reading
• STEAM activities 
• Service-Learning 
• Physical Activity
• Homework Support
• Healthy Snacks
• Character Development

Don't forget about our Out of School Days program, when school's out, the Y is in! Students enrolled in our program can join us during school holidays, snow days and in-service days for activities that are a sure way to keep kids having fun and learning along the way. 

2022 - 2023 Weekly Fees:

K4 Cost: Full Time - 5 days per week Before OR After $67/week per child
              Full Time - 5 days per week Before AND After $80/week per child

Kindergarten - 6th Grade Cost: Full Time - 5 days per week Before OR After $57/week per child
                                                  Full Time - 5 days per week Before AND After $70/week per child
                                                  ** SRU Elementary thru 5th grade only

Towanda School District:

J. Andrew Morrow Primary School - Care offered 6:00 AM until start of school and end of school until 6:00 PM.  
            

Athens Area School District:

SRU Elementary School - Care offered end of school until 6:00 PM.
      

* Registration Fee is $20 for new families only.   *Scholarships available for those who qualify
