Why does YOUR ATHLETE need a NASM Certified Trainer for Strength & Conditioning?
National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM) Certified Trainer= Knowledge of Human Movement, Anatomy, Physiology & Kinesiology for Optimum Performance Training, Injury Prevention, to address muscle imbalances, strengthen stabilizing muscles, and learn proper lifting technique.
A weekly class filled with games and activities designed to keep your kids active and strong. We incorporate strength, flexibility, and cardio. Recommended for ages 6 - 12.
Tuesdays 4 - 5pm, Starting June 14

Preschool Play Date
Bring your preschooler to have fun, make new friends, and stay active. FREE to all every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:45 am to 12 pm.
