Aquatic Group Exercise is a great way to stay active and healthy! You can burn calories and increase flexibility all while having fun in the pool with your friends. Aquatic Group Exercise is a low impact activity that lightens the load on your muscles and joints, but still gives you a great workout!
**You MUST register ahead of time if you want to participate in an Aquatic Group Exercise Class.**
