MX4 Group Training
MX-4 is small group personal training on the Matrix Connexus System using the 4 pillars of fitness: Endurance, Strength, Power and Cardio. The endurance is a combination of balance, coordination, stability and stamina. Strength is controlled and purposeful. Power is explosive and fast, finally, cardio is smooth and rhythmic. Benefits include: Affordable personal training. Motivation, Direction, Accountability and a more personalized training model.
This unique class is designed especially for individuals with special needs. SUPERSTARS is a movement class where participants can develop motor skills coordination, stamina and strength. More importantly the class is an opportunity to make friends, provide a safe environment for self advocacy, and have fun! A positive attitude is all that is required.
