Brickhouse

Our afterschool teen program provides a safe structured environment with many activities for teens including: Homework Support, Arts & Humanities, Character Development, Service-Learning, Social Competence, Conflict Resolution, and Health, Wellness & Fitness.

This program is made possible in part through funding provided by the Lycoming County United Way.

Program includes:
- Choice of topic track: Ultimate Sports and Wellness or Arts and Entertainment
- Structured Schedule: Homework help 3:30 - 4pm, 
Snack 4:00- 4:15pm, Track activity in your topic of choice (Sports or Arts) 4:15 - 5:15pm, free time 5:15- 6pm
- Open Gym Fridays
- Guest Speakers
- Tutoring
- Special Events (Dances, games, movie nights and more)
- Staff Mentors


All students in grades 9-12 may register and attend. There is a $10 registration fee for the entire program year. Scholarships are available. 

Program runs Monday - Friday dissmissal - 6pm. Program is closed on inclement weather days and school holidays.

Participants must arrive no later than 4:00pm to sign in for the day.

No outside food may be brought into the program. 

Program location is at the Jersey Shore Branch YMCA Large gym and Teen Room.
