PERSONAL TRAINING
 - Maximize your workout with individualized and/or group training. Work ONE-ON-ONE with a personal trainer to achieve YOUR specific wellness goals: weight loss, muscular strength, sports training, core, flexibility, accountability, and more! OR form a GROUP of 2 – 5 individuals with similar wellness goals and a personal trainer will train you together.

Our packages are set up on a MONTHLY basis. You can choose to train 1day/week per month, 2 days/week per month or 3 days/week per month.

  • Learn proper form to reduce the risk of injury
  • Stay motivated to help achieve your goals

One-on-one Instruction with a Certified Personal Trainer

Members:

1 Session/Week:   30 mins  $40       60 Minutes  $60     

2 Session/Week:   30 mins   $80      60 Minutes  $120     

3 Session/Week:   30 mins   $120    60 Minutes  $180     

Non-Members:

1 Session/Week:   30 mins  $60        60 Minutes  $80     

2 Session/Week:   30 mins   $120     60 Minutes  $160     

3 Session/Week:   30 mins   $180     60 Minutes  $240
