Josh brings his kids when he works out in the evenings during our child watch hours and they enjoy the games they can play while they're here. Not only do the hours here at the Y suit Josh's needs, he enjoys the Y staff and how supportive they are of his goals. "The staff has been tremendous in encouraging me toward my goals. The friendly atmosphere, the variety in workout equipment and the ability to play basketball have all played a part in helping me get this far."
