She has seen a real change in her appearance, fitness level, and most importantly, she feels great! Now she can do 20 real pushups! She said, “When I went back for in-service in August everyone was amazed at my transformation and I’m very proud of myself.” She said that her energy has increased and that she has been receiving compliments on a regular basis. “I feel like a walking billboard for Zach’s classes,” she added. Jessica has lost a total of 28 inches and 32 pounds and feels like a new person. Jessica said she is so glad that she found out about the YMCA. “The YMCA is my new extended family because staff and members give me wonderful support,” she gushed. “Thanks, YMCA!”
