Work ONE-ON-ONE with a personal trainer to achieve YOUR specific wellness goals: weight loss, muscular strength, sports training, core, flexibility, accountability, and more! OR form a GROUP of 2 – 5 individuals with similar wellness goals and a personal trainer will train you together.

One-on-one Instruction with a Certified Personal Trainer

Members:

1 Session:     1/2 Hour  $25        45 Minutes  $30       1 Hour  $35

6 Sessions:    1/2 Hour  $130     45 Minutes  $150     1 Hour  $175

10 Sessions:  1/2 Hour  $180      45 Minutes  $210     1 Hour  $280


Non-Members:

1 Session:     1/2 Hour  $30       45 Minutes  $35       1 Hour  $40

6 Sessions:    1/2 Hour  $145     45 Minutes  $170     1 Hour  $200

10 Sessions:   1/2 Hour  $200    45 Minutes  $240     1 Hour  $320

 

GROUP (2 – 4 individuals, each individual pays the session fees)

Members:

1 Session:   1 Hour  $30

6 Sessions:  1 Hour   $145

Non-Members:

1 Session:   1 Hour  $35

6 Sessions:  1 Hour   $150
