SHAPE UP - FREE Week April 3 -6!

Join a small group of your peers and be pushed to your own personal limit under the guidance of Nikki Fiel, Wellness Director and Certified Personal Trainer. Learn proper exercise technique, valuable nutritional information, and be motivated to reach YOUR goals.

Shape Up Lift:  Members $68 Non-Members $92
Held on the the Fitness Floor teaching lifting and machine techniques. (Limited to 4 participants)

Just Lift It

New Weight Lifting Class for Everyone from Beginners to those who want a refresher on the Dynamics of Lifting. Class is Taught on the Wellness Floor by Certified Personal Trainer, Jessica Bower. This is the perfect way to help you get comfortable using gym equipment to get the ultimate results in the New Year.

Youth sports Balance and Coordination Clinic

Help your child gain confidence, balance and coordination with a new class made just for them! Geared towards children 8-11 years old, this Clinic will be taught by Certified Personal Trainer Erin Chambers and held in the Group Exercise Room. We will focus on making Fitness Fun and Functional. Classes will be 45 minutes. Registration is limited. Don’t wait to sign your Future Athlete Up TODAY! Limited to 8 in Class

Pre-Teen Sports and Fitness

Help your child Build Strength with Proper Guidance. This class focuses on age appropriate exercises for 11-14 years old’s and is taught by Personal Trainer Erin Chambers. Strength Training Helps build Bone Density, Improves Balance, Confidence and So much more! Give your Teen an advantage when it comes to Spring Sports!! Limited to 8 Per Class

Superstars Summer 2019


This unique class is designed especially for individuals with special needs. SUPERSTARS is a movement class where participants can develop motor skills coordination, stamina and strength. More importantly the class is an opportunity to make friends, provide a safe environment for self advocacy, and have fun! A positive attitude is all that is required.
