Silver Sneakers® is a preventative exercise program that enhances the quality of life for mature adults across the country. One of the largest senior-focused exercise programs in the United States, this partnership between HCD and HMO's allows Medicare-eligible members of these health plans to participate in YMCA programs at little to no additional cost. Renew Active™ by United Healthcare
A fitness program to help you live you best life, Renew Active™ from United Healthcare, is available with select Medicare Advantage plans. Designed around you and your goals, Renew Active offers access to participating fitness locations or YMCAs with local and national options. Group fitness classes along with online brain exercises can help keep both your body and mind active - all at no additional cost. Some YMCA programs may be offered for an additional fee.
