We understand military families are under enormous strain. By offering discounted memberships for eligible military families and personnel the Y can provide extra support while loved ones are away from home.
Who is eligible for a membership?
- Family members of deployed National Guard and Reservists
- Active Duty Independent Duty personnel and their families
- Relocated spouse/dependent children of deployed Active Duty personnel
What do I need to do?
1. Contact Military OneSource or call 800-342-9647.
2. Military OneSource will confirm your eligibility and send you an eligibility form.
4. Bring your completed eligibility form, Military ID and any other required documentation (Deployment Orders or Military Service Headquarters approval letter) to your local branch of the River Valley Regional YMCA.
