We are also currently offering injury screenings and wellness seminars from local Certified Physical Therapist, Scott Border from H2 Health.

Join Jenny Golden for a special family and faith based workout that's open to all!
Jenny's goal with this class is to introduce the whole family to working out and moving their body. Children 5 years and up are welcome to hone their parents in learning to love fitness!
Classes will be the 2nd Saturday of the month from 9:30 - 10:20am.
2025 Dates: January 11, February 8, March 8, April 12, May 10, June 14, July 12, August 9, September 13, October 11, November 8, December 13.

Introduction to Ball Room Dancing
Ever wanted to learn Ballroom Dancing? Now's your chance!
Learn the following: Rhythm, Tempo, Leader & Tempo, Closed and Open Position, Posture & Style, East Coast Swing, Waltz, and Rumba.
This is a ONE TIME starter class held FREE of charge at the Williamsport Branch YMCA.

Stand Unshaken
Hey ladies! We are offering a free, women only faith based motivational study starting November 13th. Stand Unshaken, taught by Melanie Wittrock, takes a look into what shakes us and how to find strength and peace. This class is five weeks long as we won't be hosting it on Thanksgiving.
This class is Thursday mornings 8:30-10AM in our community room. We ask that participants please sign up at our front desk or online.
