Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.

Health and wellness can happen in more places than just a gym. Whether you join the swim team, swim laps, taking part in a water fitness class or are just learning to swim, aquatics is an important part of the YMCA. River Valley Regional YMCAs offer numerous aquatics programs to fit any lifestyle or skill level.

At River Valley Regional YMCA Branches we provide consistent, quality care for children ages 6 weeks old and up. All school sites are licensed by the Department of Human Services. Many preschool and school age programs participate in the Keystone STARS Program, a quality initiative in the state of Pennsylvania.
